About the house: Fully furnished 90sqm two-floor townhouse in Vestamager, 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), living room, dining room/kitchen and terrace. There's underground parking, free for bikes, paid for cars. Smoking allowed on terrace and in front of main door. 550m to Vestamager metro station, which takes you to the city center (Kongens Nytorv) in 12min. 400m to REMA1000, 500m to the newly built Netto in front of Royal Arena. 190m to the nature park Kalvebod Fælled. From Ørestad train station (one after Vestamager, or walking 1.2km) one can get to Copenhagen Train Station in 6min and to the airport in also 6min, perfect connection in between! About the room: 12sqm (to be exact is 11.84sqm mine is 11.88sqm), both bedrooms are on the first floor. Comes partly furnished with mirror, curtain rod, a pair of gray curtains (you can bring your own), a built-in closet (cannot be removed) and a bedside table. About the rent: Rent is 7287 + 613 (heat, water and wifi) + electricity consumption + a cleaning person might come once a month or every second month. CPR is definitely possible. Contract for a year with the possibility of extension. No couples. No pets (sorry am allergic to cats, am also a side-petsitter and my partner sometimes visits with his dog, so cannot accept anyone with a pet). About me: 33-year-old, working full-time, work from home 1-2 times a week, take care of dogs sometimes so you should be okay with them, am a bit of an early bird. After work you find me in the living room chilling having dinner while watching some TV or reading, from time to time I make dinners at home with my friends. I love nature and staying active (climbing, gym, SUP, MTB).
